This Auto Insurance Solutions Provider (AISP) delivers data-driven software services that improve the efficiency of the automotive claims processing, collision repair and recycling workflows to their customers.
The AISP requested a Needs Assessment to identify if they have a well-documented data integration strategy around its products and services platforms in order to enable advanced analytics and predictive modeling, as well as provide easy data access and reporting to clients.
Pinnacle Solutions interviewed key stakeholders from multiple areas of the AISP that collect, store, and disseminate information to their clients and personnel. From these interviews, we were able to determine the gaps not only in the current technologies, but also in their organization structure that were hindering the company from implementing an effective advanced analytics program. Pinnacle Solutions provided the AISP a comprehensive document that included a detailed description of these gaps, our recommendations and proposed solutions both organizational and technical to address these gaps, and a phased plan for implementing those solutions.
Shortly after the Needs Assessment was delivered, the AISP decided to move forward with our proposed solutions, which included creating and implementing an analytical data warehouse in their data center, generating and deploying predictive models in their software services, as well as providing a strategy document for data governance.
